Adventure Parc Snowdonia is proud to officially support a number of brilliant charities including Clwb Syrffio, Help for Heroes and Surfers against Sewage.
These charities do amazing work with diverse groups of people both locally in North Wales and across the UK.
The Clwb Syrffio offers affordable and inclusive surfing opportunities for young people living in the Conwy Valley area. As well as learning how to surf, its members learn about water safety and beach lifeguarding. They can work towards qualifications which could lead to employment at Adventure Parc Snowdonia or elsewhere. We donate our waves, equipment and change facilities to the club free of charge.
Help for Heroes regularly visits Adventure Parc Snowdonia with groups of former service men and women who use surf therapy to help them recover from mental and physical challenges and injuries, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Surfers against Sewage (SAS) is an environmental charity which campaigns to protect the UK’s oceans, waves and beaches via environmental initiatives and community events.
We are committed to working with charities as much as we possibly can and we applaud the extremely valuable work that so many fundraisers do to help those in need.
We get a lot of requests to support different charities every week, and regrettably we can’t respond to them all individually.
Instead, we have pledged to donate two Adventure Parc Snowdonia experience vouchers per month to two different charity applications.
If you would like to be considered for this month’s charity vouchers, please fill out the online form below.
