Our inland lagoon offers a safe, controlled environment where children can learn in a fun group setting. Lessons include 30 minutes in our surf academy learning about water safety, body positioning, pop ups and wipe outs. Once in the water, your child will paddle out to one of our beginner bays to catch their first waves. They will get just under an hour in the water – that’s up to 18 whitewater waves per lesson.

Maximum of six learners per beginner bay. Your child must wear wetsuit boots (supplied by us and included in your wetsuit hire) in our beginner bays.
